Ok, for the couple of days, I’ve been fooling around with C++! In all honesty, I haven’t written any C++ in the past and it’s been 10-15 years or so since my C days! (I am 28 btw in case you where wondering)
Well ok, maybe I am exaggerating the “too old” part, just to get your attention!
However, (ha!) I’ve managed and put together a small application that acts as a proxy between Asterisk Manager Interface and a mySQL saving filtered events to the database! I am planning on using it to extract RTCP statistics from my asterisk servers to see how well (or not) they behave.
Maybe my C++ coding sucks, (most likely, since I haven’t yet put any effort in reading about those Templates that everyone thinks so highly about – so I read) but in any case I am planning on sharing my creations in a couple of days. So stay tuned!
